Logos must be attached to an email in one of the following
formats,
.tiff or .jpg
File size must be between 100kb and 500kb, files smaller
than 100kb are not usable.
File names must be the same as the sponsor name. Example: abc brake.tiff
(250KB)
.eps (generic)
Files must be vectorized and converted to curves, no fonts.
No file size limitations.
File names must be the same as the sponsor name. Example: abc brake.eps(55KB)
Please don't do any of the following,
-Copy and paste logos into the body of the email.
-Convert a tiff or jpg to an eps.
-Copy logos from websites.
-Fax logos.

We can scan your hardcopy up to 8.5 by 11
inches. There is a $5.00 charge for each scan. A business card is acceptable.
We can scan the entire card or a portion thereof.
A charge of $ 5.50 for packaging an handling plus actual UPS shipping charges
is added to each shipment.
Orders are shipped FOB Colorado Springs, Colorado, will call available. Overnight,
2 day and 3 day UPS select shipping also available. Call for appropriate
charges.
All sign prices include up to 8 words of text (15 words for banners). The
words "This Hole Sponsored By" do not count toward your word count. A
phone number or web address is considered 1 word. More than 8 (15 for banners)
words will cost $1.00 each word, each sign.

Normal production time is a maximum of 5 working days. This does not include
shipping time. Depending on backlog
your order may ship at any time within the 5 day window. We will ship UPS
ground unless you tell us otherwise. June thru Sept. is our busiest time so plan
accordingly. Rush orders are available for a 20% up charge.
Yes. Often times customers will order several extra signs with the sponsor area left
blank. This allows you to print a sponsor name on your printer and adhere it to
the blank area of the sign. This works great for late sponsor additions. There
is a discount of $3.00 ea sign for budget signs #54 thru #59 only. For all other
signs the pricing does not change.
Yes. However, add on signs will not qualify for the same quantity discount as
your original order.
How do I pay for my sign order?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. You may provide
the credit card info by faxing to us a signed credit card
authorization form. Click here to view
and print a .pdf format credit card authorization form.
We can fax this form to you if needed.
